The webinar will address:
- What trauma-informed leadership is
- The connection between inclusive and trauma-informed leadership and the improvement of culture
- The value and implications of adopting a trauma-informed leadership approach
- Specific inclusion and belonging strategies
- How to build up and leverage resilience during challenging and uncertain times
“Adopting inclusive, trauma-informed practices can help schools create safe, welcoming environments for both students and staff,” said Donna McMullin, Vector’s Vice President of Product Marketing, Education. “Dr. Batista has extensive expertise in this area and this webinar is a great opportunity to learn more about how to implement these practices in your school or district.”
