Todd Bloom Joins the Kami Team as Chief Learning Officer

Kami, an all-in-one classroom sidekick that makes K–12 learning personalized, accessible and engaging, announces the addition of Chief Learning Officer, Todd Bloom, to the company’s leadership team.

Before joining Kami, Bloom founded and led Western Governors University’s edtech accelerator in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he and his team invested services and capital into 18 early-stage edtech companies. He also operated Everbloom Learning, his family’s decades-old business that serves the professional learning needs of early childhood education leaders. Todd’s history of leadership and service in the pre-K through workforce education industry is varied and deep, and always grounded in research, an attribute that he brings to Kami’s future.

In this new role at Kami, Bloom will take on an entirely new position for the company, guiding the vision and evolution of the organization. He will also assess where Kami can continue growing as an instructional and learning support system.

“As a product and a company, Kami has maintained a relentless focus on the teacher and student relationship, whether virtual or blended. As such, the business has created an incredibly strong product-market fit,” said Bloom. “After many years advising K–12 and higher education companies, I can confidently say that Kami has tremendous potential to expand its education impact for learners everywhere. I am honored to join my new Kami colleagues.”
