TEACHER PREPARATION THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR CLINICAL PRACTICE IN EDUCATOR PREPARATION : Dr Rod Lucero and his colleagues are moving towards making big changes in teacher preparation including , obviously, more clinical work as we all realize a critical teaching shortage and the need to recruit more people of color into teaching.
