New Playbook from VHS Learning Dispels Myths About Online Learning & Provides Resources for Finding High-Quality Courses for Students

High-quality online teaching and learning can deliver benefits for students and schools alike. Yet, after the rapid shift to remote learning during the pandemic, some are wondering if students can learn as effectively online. In a new guide developed for high school educators, VHS Learning examines what makes high-quality online courses and provides resources to help schools evaluate options for their students.

The guide, “Choosing the Right Online Education Partner: A Playbook for Educators,” is available at no cost to educators at The playbook discusses the shift to online learning and tackles common misconceptions that persist despite increasingly sophisticated training and technology. It outlines the differentiators of high-quality online learning, and it includes a checklist for evaluating online courses. It also features two case studies that provide real-life examples of schools that are successfully implementing online learning.
