LINQ Announces Strategic Appointments within Executive Leadership Team

Executive leadership investment signals LINQ’s new phase of growth in providing unmatched solutions that empower K-12 supply chain management

WILMINGTON, N.C. SEPTEMBER 07, 2022—LINQ, the only provider of 100% cloud and browser-based school nutrition and administration solutions available to the K-12 industry, announced the appointment of three industry leaders to its Executive Leadership Team. These appointments are effective immediately and include the promotion of Brandy Keller to Senior Vice President of Product (SVP), Brian Dockray as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Bill Bergen as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

“LINQ’s investment in our newly appointed leadership team will enable the company to accelerate the business as they lead us through a new phase of growth and development,” said Tim Clifford, Executive Chairman. “As we continue to expand LINQ’s portfolio and client base, the experience and expertise Brandy, Brian and Bill bring to the table will further support our position as the leader in integrated solutions that empower K-12 supply chain management.”

As Senior Vice President of Product, Brandy Keller will lead LINQ’s product management and user experience teams to drive growth and innovation. As an accomplished product leader that has driven success through purpose-built technology at organizations such as software solutions provider Community Brands, Keller’s promotion reflects the critical role she has played in supporting K-12 schools during the extraordinary challenges of the pandemic and her successful leadership of revenue-driving strategies that made a direct impact on LINQ’s business in 2022.

As Chief Financial Officer, Brian Dockray will utilize his 20-plus years of experience as a CFO to provide strategic financial leadership for LINQ. Before joining, Dockray served as CFO for Insurity, a company known for delivering the world’s most configurable, cloud-native, and intuitively analytical software for insurance organizations. Dockray also served as CFO of Ipreo, a global provider of financial services technology, data, and analytics. These experiences showcase decades of strategic financial acumen, overseeing software companies through rapid growth and development.

Finally, as Chief Operating Officer for LINQ, Bill Bergen will be responsible for leveraging new technology solutions and ensuring seamless integration experiences for schools, districts, and state agencies. Bergen is a technology management executive with more than 25 years of experience building and driving company value with fast-paced innovation. Prior to LINQ, Bergen worked as COO for Frontline Education to bring the platform to market and value to school districts and shareholders. Before Frontline Education, Bergen served as VP of Product Development Talent Management solutions and, preceding that, General Manager of Benefits Administration for ADP. Serving in various executive leadership roles over the past two decades, Bergen has a unique background combining technology and service operations experience. He has led teams that support companies such as IBM and General Motors in various aspects, from service centers to product development and data operations systems.

“This significant investment into LINQ’s executive leadership team will be invaluable to the K-12 community we serve. Bill has led agile development initiatives since the early 2000s, while Brian brings decades of unflinching financial leadership to the company. In addition, Brandy’s strategic leadership, robust market experience, and deep understanding of buyers are unmatched in this industry,” said Clifford. “Big things are coming to LINQ in the coming months, and I’m thrilled to have such visionary experts at the helm.”
