2023 Excellence in Equity Awards Educator Submission Form

Nominate yourself or a colleague in recognition of your outstanding work to promote educational equity

The Excellence in Equity Awards program is designed to acknowledge the invaluable contributions both educators and industry make toward improving opportunity and outcomes for all students. Here are the steps to nominate an educator:

Select your desired category from the drop-down menu. You are welcome to submit in multiple categories if applicable, but you must submit a new nomination form for each category. See all of the category descriptions here.
Enter all required information and click submit. We recommend drafting your nomination in a Word or Google Doc before submitting. You may bookmark this page while you work on your nomination.
Educators who self-nominate or nominate a colleague are not required to pay an entry fee. If you are a company looking to nominate your products, leaders, or any educators, please visit the Company Submission Page.
