To continue our efforts to keep the K-12 conversation centered on equity and access as a non-negotiable priority, we were proud to launch the inaugural Excellence in Equity Awards, a program designed to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of both educators and industry to improving opportunity and outcomes for students.
Nominations are now closed for the 2022 Excellence in Equity Awards. We’ve been honored to receive more than 120 award nominations across the Industry and Educator categories. Thank you to all who have submitted to the awards program!

Excellence in Equity Awards
Educators, administrators, community members, company leaders, and others submitted nominations in 10 Educator award categories and 18 Industry categories. Here’s what happens next:
- A panel of expert judges from across the industry will evaluate submissions over the remainder of the summer and early fall.
- Winners will be announced in fall 2022.
- Nominees and honorees will be featured on EduTalk Radio, in the Equity & Access Journal, on social media, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to hear about their successful, high-impact work!
